Shipping Policy

Our bags are handcrafted in Marrakech, Morocco, and fulfilled from our stock in Columbus, Ohio. Individual orders are not shipped directly from the Marrakech workshop.

We offer free standard shipping on supported orders within the United States.

Shipping excludes international destinations, US territories, PO boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii unless availability is confirmed at checkout.

Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch for most supported US locations.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, and other disruptions can extend delivery.

You'll receive tracking after your order ships; tracking activity can take time to appear once the carrier has the package.

Please provide a complete, accurate address. If you need to change it, contact us immediately — we can't guarantee changes after an order is processed or shipped.

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, check around the delivery location and with your carrier, then contact us with your order and tracking details.

For lost or damaged packages, contact support@marrava.com with documentation and keep the packaging until the review is complete.
